Gaga likely has a very sensible opinion on the conflict. She probably supports a two-state solution. But for most pro-Palestinian people anything other than “Israel should be wiped off the map” is not enough. These are not reasonable people.

That doesn't mean her silence is above fans' disapproval especially, while she has said nothing, some actions spoke louder than words. No matter how you twist it around, no matter how many excuses you can come up with, she's being called out and for a good reason

Gaga grew up on the Upper West Side, which is the most Jewish neighborhood in Manhattan along with the Upper East Side, with a lot of Israeli friends, listening to Israeli music and going to Israeli restaurants.

Alright, you guys have officially reached the degree of annoying that I'm not willing to moderate any longer.

Wanting Gaga to speak on a topic we all care about is so valid and something I agree with but once you start digging deeper into this crap about "well, she's marrying Jewish and has Jewish family so she MUST be sympathetic to genocide deniers and zionists".

That's just borderline ignorant antisemitism at best. That's the most charitable take I can have on some of the stupider things that have been said in this thread.

So basically, go debate this on reddit, X, TikTok, or wherever else.
