She never has to say a word while no longer staying hidden, and because it isn't “confirmed” the baby is protected in a sense from the media. Also, I am obsessed with her little name being Rose! How sweet! La Vie En Rose and so many other mentions from Gaga with roses, but also her grandmothers middle name was Rose.
