Rupert Grint to return to Harry Potter in Broadway play

Always interesting how some people put their childhood memories over trans rights when it comes to HP. Though, interesting might not be the right word to describe this phenomenon. Disgusting is the right fit.

Unfortunately it's not just with HP, but in general: As soon as supporting someone elses right to exist is no longer convenient, previous supporters fold like pieces of origami, and they start making stupid excuses.

Good for him tbh. I don't see a reason why not. He even acknowledged that he will never step out of Ron's shadow and he's okay with that. A good opportunity for him, probably will be quite cathartic and rewarding, and also fun for the fans too

Edit: I didn't even think about Joanne getting royalties for a Broadway play. God she's such a vile pig.

The Harry Potter franchise is still a huge part of my life (it’s something that has helped me connect with so many people that I love). 
I now more than ever want to take my Niece to see this show, but I refuse to pay for tickets. Unfortunately I can’t even find a filmed version anywhere online. 

I haven’t paid for anything HP related since the release of Hogwarts Legacy and I intend to continue to support my brothers and sisters in the trans community. 
It’s admittedly so hard to let something go that was a safe space for me when I was young and felt alone.

Now that its on Broadway, there should be bootlegs coming out at some point. There's always Broadway bootlegs.
