And you're completely correct, he'd never use his own money to do these deals, no, he has unlimited anonymous donors/"lenders" and government money (irony of ironies) at his disposal. Anyway, I agree, there's always demand from mega billionaires interested in things they can exploit. Like parks = land, possible resources we don’t even know, trees to fell. And round and round we go until the world's stripped bare if actual serious governments don't regulate and intervene! Same with nearly everything else - the global marketplace is indeed a group project mostly influenced by a select few in a select few countries...
