I agree that only you have the power to make yourself truly upset & that a person has the option to sit out a discussion,

but don’t you think outrage (or at the very least criticism) is warranted when someone’s actions are condemnable/pose risks to other people?  
The criticisms might not reach her personally, but it can help reinforce to other people that it is wrong/we shouldn’t become desensitized yo it.

Because her ad might not mean anything to you, but using sex appeal & political innuendo to market gambling/trading/prediction apps could mean quite a lot to others. It could destroy people & that’s not even hyperbole. It should be called out.

I’m not saying you’re wrong to be personally uninterested, but why write off people who are upset about it?

I don’t particularly think it’s a bad ad because she’s “sexualizing women in sports”- I mean, sports p0rn is nothing new- for women AND men. like, how many explicit gay hockey photo shoots have we seen since Heated Rivalry came out? 

BUT I do think it’s a bad ad because it’s trashy & tacky as hell, eye roll inducing, and does nothing to showcase the actual product (which is sports betting, which I also think is trashy. I hate all prediction market crap). I get that “sex sells”, but like… this ad is tackyyyyy
