second, Janet has songs like All 4 U, Doesn't Really Matter, Together Again, Scream with MJ, Feedback, even Luv Me Luv Me with Shaggy, THE Shaggy. u know all of them.

Mariah and her 19 #1s, five octave range, song writing and producing credits all say otherwise. The iconic pop/rap crossover format wouldn’t have even existed had she not done the Fantasy remix. Also helps that she has four more albums. Not too mention Janet spouting MAGA talking points and questioning Kamala’s blackness is really off putting especially considering everything her brother went through.

I can name two Mariah songs and one of them I keep thinking is a Whitney Houston song  

The Jacksons have always been politically messy so I don't even factor that into the equation  

Janet simply has the better discography and is a better entertainer and performer.

I listened to your list and the only one I recognised was Together Again and even that was for the first time a few years ago 

She's not bad, I just can't name the songs I've heard from her without going through her discography.
