Fiona Apple's best album

Fetch The Bolt Cutters is both my favorite and most listened album but regarding her best/magnum opus i'm kinda torn between When The Pawn and The Idler Wheel... idk what to vote for, really. such a magnificent body of work

went for FTBC but my ranking would be followed by The Idler Wheel, When The Pawn, Tidal and Extraordinary Machine

When every album is an opus 

That Tidal was a DEBUT! 

That When the pawn hits the conflicts he thinks like a king What he knows throws the blows when he goes to the fight And he'll win the whole thing 'fore he enters the ring There's no body to batter when your mind is your might So when you go solo, you hold your own hand And remember that depth is the greatest of heights And if you know where you stand, then you know where to land And if you fall it won't matter, cuz you'll know that you're right defied the sophomore slump!

That Extraordinary Machine exists at all (all both Brion and Elizondo/Kehew versions!) to round out the elementary trinity!

The Idler Wheel … grew on me, first I was caught in the cover and felt all scatterbrained about the sound … but then it just clicked out of nowhere—because, FIO!

Fetch the Bolt Cutters … said I had potential—in perpetuity—that‘s my burden, my dream
