Creyk 18,752
The Trump administration is sending immigrants to countries in Africa as part of its third-country deportation strategy. The U.S. Department of State said the Trump administration is using “all lawful options” to carry out what it called “the largest deportation operation in history.” “When an individual is no longer in ICE custody then ICE will no longer be responsible for them,” the agency said. The rest of the article details the experiences of 2 cuban-americans who were deported without notice or explanation and they have been sranded in Africa without help or a solution in sight. They don't speak the language and some of them had health issues, like diabetes which received no treatment. About 70 people were deported so far. https://www.tampabay.com/news/2026/08/31/cuban-africa-deportation-ice-tampa/ "No one told Moreno, who originally came to the United States on a temporarily protected basis, where he was going until five hours into the flight, when an immigration officer told him they were going to Africa. “I honestly thought it was a bad joke because the officer laughed, like he was making fun of me,” Moreno said. A month after arriving in the Central African Republic, Moreno and 35 other immigrants deported on a 21-hour flight remain in Bangui, the country’s capital, without passports and no information about what will happen next. They stay at the Maison Confort, a modest hotel located in a busy neighborhood near central Bangui." 1

PartySick 173,814
Cuba is 90 miles away from Florida. People literally get to Florida from Cuba on makeshift rafts. The intentional cruelty to send them halfway across the world instead is staggering. I hope Cubans are paying attention 'cause they've been a reliable Republican voting bloc for far too long. This is what Republicans think of you. Whimsical bitch 4 1

Such despicable superiority complex. "Our Country is too good for these people but we can dump them in Africa cuz these are just 3rd world countries" Essentially the administrations stance
