Although I use her full name when I talk about her to anyone irl. I say Miley Cyrus specifically whereas Gaga or Cher or Madonna I say exactly that.

why is this strange? it’s literally her name. I’m sure her name will stay the same on music streaming platforms

I only know one Miley and that is her

if the songs will be great, I'll label them nevertheless as Miley Cyrus as her previous songs are labelled under this name, too, in my playlist,  so that they appear all under the same artists name.
