Consistently behind by 5% in every poll from July 2020. Even with ranked choice prompts included. And then on the day, she won with an 8% lead and 1st round majority win over Gideon who massively underperformed her polling. Despite it being the most expensive race in state history. And it was the only 2020 state who elected a senator from the opposite party to how it voted in the presidential race so she didn't even get dragged up or down by Trump. That woman has made deals with Cthullu. She is the devil. They say Troy won the race when he told her to "shut up" I don't see her appeal honestly and I'm not sure her familiarity saves her this time. She's been in office since before I was born and if there's one thing the modern American electorate hates, it's an incumbent. We shall see though. I hope she goes down. 4 minutes ago, Bronco said: Watching a voter trend analysist look at Florida atm (thanks @LateToCult for the recommendation) @PartySick also relevant for you Some of the counties have lower than predicted turnout so far based on previous cycles (Duval and Broward). But others are over performing like Palm Beach. And these are being led by the Democratic registered voters atm. Republicans are turning out in line with previous cycles. In-person voting starts today so these numbers may start changing. My little blue dot will be pulling the lever today Whimsical bitch

I really hope we can pull through with at least one of the two major races. The best argument I feel Dems have is “Republicans have been in major offices for several terms now, is life really better than before” but is it enough to swing voters especially independents? I certainly hope so. Lemme reassure you, as a lifelong Floridian, there is one major truth to this state and that is that the people here...are stupid. Now, don't misunderstand me. I don't mean just unintelligent, I mean STUPID. Sometimes it's frustratingly endearing to watch rednecks and good ol' boys be dumb, there is a sense of community and whimsy in the swampy backwoods and I hate that I feel like I partially belong to it, but it is still populated by people who would be out-thought by amoeba. Psychological studies should be done here. The average IQ has to be below 5. One problem is you can ask them that question and even though their lives are materially worse by every metric, they love their governor and they love Trump so they'll tell you "yes, life is better!" while they donate plasma to pay for gas Our former governor committed blatant welfare fraud and we elected him to the senate. The current Rep senate candidate did something extremely similar and she's probably gonna win too Whimsical bitch 2

In 2024, democrats led in mail-ins (they do this year) but lost the lead on day 1 of Early in-person voting. If they maintain the lead today, that's already an improvement The gays know how to party

Lucas 31,844
So reading a few pages here, things seem quite promising for democrats... I'm just 100% sure that there will be fraud in favor of republicans.
Morphine Prince 110,213
Harris County, the largest county in Texas, just posted its largest turnout ever for a midterm election and there’s still 3 hrs left of polls being open.

Morphine Prince 110,213
So far what I’m seeing in Texas is strong turnout across the board. With heavily Democratic areas slightly having more turnout. But heavy Republican areas are also very strong. It’s only Day 1 so can’t say much but let’s see how the trend goes across the next two weeks.
Morphine Prince 110,213
Texas hysteria: - I see X accounts saying it’s so over for Talarico - I see X accounts saying it’s over for Ken Paxton Neither is true. People need to go out and VOTE like your life depends on it.
LateToCult 42,338 Posted yesterday at 12:53 AM Share Posted yesterday at 12:53 AM (edited) My vibes map. I think it’s the same as last time but I’m feeling Ohio and Florida are more Republican than we think.
