OOTB was a solid album & made a big impression with some great singles.

As a body of work between Born to die and Billie, as an era defo The fame.

But outside of these definitely Lungs by Florence, Happiness by Hurts, Cacophony by Paris paloma.. also Sawayama by miss Rina Sawayama! And Fallen by Evanescence (if you ignore the inital album).

If Avril’s first album (which was a whole vibe) isn’t on here, OOTB should definitely not be. 
 

But this list is also very much toward the OP’s taste. OOTB might do well on a poll of other pop girlie debut albums

Ngl for all the hype surrounding TD, I think OOTB is probably far and away her best album. Great singles, really solid album tracks and she sounds very comfortable in that pop rock sound.
