southpaw773 4,473
Too bad the era is dead so she canât put the logo up all over ⊠in the town of the surfboard company lol I might need a hero to save me from breaking
andy232000 13,287
This lawsuit was dead on arrival đ Itâs copyright 101 that trademark alone isnât absolute and wonât protect you against everything, especially when itâs not even the same product category (the album and tour name, for instance). And I get the impulse of trying to go after Gaga for the merch since they do have the trademark for clothing, but itâs pretty obvious such items are here as part of the album and weâre not made with the intent of confusing consumers. Itâs honestly embarrassing that they went through all this without submitting evidence that their claims where legit.

But they just greedy, they probably saw it was Lady Gaga and thinks it's an opportunity (ïŸâăźâ)ïŸâ§*:ïœ„ïŸ â±á”'á”ᔠʰâ±á” á”á”á¶ Êłá”Ëąá” á”âż Êžá”, ËĄá”á”'Ëą á”á”á” â±á” á”ËĄá”ᶻâ±âżá”ïč (*ÂŽèžïœ*) âĄâĄâĄ

Nobody is buying a Mayhem T-shirt from The Mayhem Ball or LadyGaga.com thinking itâs for the surf company  If anything SHE should sue them because people are more likely to think itâs a Gaga surfboard Edited August 19 by gagzus 2
