Joanne and (to a lesser but substantial extent) Chromatica are the bottom tier. And obviously the big 3 are untouchable right now based on that other poll. TFM, BTW, and Mayhem are the obvious canopy tier. It broke the mold and redefined pop music not only for me, but for the whole world. Even the 'weaker' songs have held up over time and I still enjoy listening to the album.
