To be 1000% clear I do not under any circumstances think she is a supporter of the genocide of what Israel is up to. That is not consistent with what I know her character to be.Ā I also donāt think her performing there 14 years agoāas many artists whoāre against the genocide have over the decadesāis a signal of anything. BUT, silence on the matter not out of not having anything meaningful to add (which is valid) but rather due to her partner having business ties to the country (if that is true!) would be something worthy of criticism imo.
