I'm fat and I feel the same way. I'll never forget the meltdown I had one time after I fixed dinner for my disabled partner and realized I still had to make dinner for myself after that. 

Thank goodness I started meal prepping. Needing to eat is a nuisance.

I used to love cooking but I got a job that takes a little more time out of my day so that hobby was the first to be zapped. Catch me in my kitchen twice a week 'cause I really can't stand the chore of it all.

I’ve never had a big appetite, I often go all day without eating and still am often times not that hungry by the evening but eat dinner because I know I need to. Biologically it is very possible to have a low response to food but he’s just being dramatic about it.
