FWIW, he seems to have experienced some form of religious psychosis while hospitalized earlier this year. Not sure they’re related, but I think both speak to the instability of his mental state. Wishing him well.

He is a horrible person but this isn't about an individual deserving empathy or not, but more about what we think about the situation separately. I don't know if that makes sense. I prefer to feel bad for him because that means I despise the things he went through to get to that point and I want him to be good

He ran a website dedicated to calling celebrities ugly, fat, weirdly pining after and trying to “out” potential closeted celebrities and sent Gaga the image (which you can still find online) the day she went to hospital and cancelled the BTWB with the possibility of her being disabled or never performing again.

And that’s just what we know publicly. He’s also a notorious attention seeker so as awful as it is that he’s doing this online — it’s not out of character.

So I have empathy for his kids but absolutely not him. A waste of police time if I’m honest.
