Don't take Jungian Psychology too seriously, he and Freud had a lot of wild theories, many debunked. Jung himself had some pseudo-religious beliefs about dreams and archetypes and the Hero's Journey that just don't have any basis in the reality of the human psyche. He was just a step away from being an astrologer with how his readings of people read more like horoscopes.
