Charli's music is a lot more fun, crazy and unique, also really gr8 lyrics at points, but at times I feel like it lacks a certain kind of polish in a way, and vocals aren't that great. And I really don't enjoy her live preformances in a way, but then again as a lover of theatrics my opinion there is trash. On the other hand Dua is painfully safe, the songs are great but nothing too groundbreaking or revolutionary, and I wish she got more deep and personal with the lyrics (like what she did on Happy for you was so ****ing gorgeous!). But she is a faaaaaaaaaaaar better preformer and her vocals are divine, like when it comes to ROL I prefer the live orchestral live album. Overall they are both totally diff artists, I wish Charli took some vocal lessons and maybe cooked a song a bit more, and I wish for Dua to take a risk for a change :P But I do love them both! Yeah basically this summarizes my feelings, too. It’s clear Charli loves pop but is excited to push herself in any manner that inspires her even if it doesn’t land. Dua got dragged for her dancing, she went into a studio and said mama play the track and teach me some moves.
