I finished a videogame with a Film Noir theme and I thought it would be a good theme to do an album around since I can't remember any popular artist doing it, Cheek to cheek was close to it but just it's photoshoot, it's songs were very much it, specially Nature Boy.

Imagine if Gaga made another Jazz album or a pop one or a fusion like Harlequin a clear Film Noir concept would be perfect, dark, elegant 1940's aesthetics, introspective, loneliness, isolation lyrics, It would fit all perfectly Remember her on Sin City. some of my favorite paintings, games, even series and animation have this theme in them

I’d literally kill for this. I’m obsessed with noir. It would be so cool if she did this for a jazz album indeed.

She already likes doomjazz, as she said during the Harlequin promo (Smile is doomjazz)

Yassss me too, when I finished that Grim Fandango game I was obsessed again, I’d love for her to do another jazz album with a clear Film Noir aesthetic it would suit her so well but in this melancholic, lethargic, romantic essence of it.
she would show another side of jazz, she already did showgirl, 70s excess, but not film noir fully

Seems kinda boring for a whole era, honestly. That visual theme has been used so much for so many things that it isn't really all that novel or fascinating anymore.

Faouzia released an album called Film Noir just this year and it’s an absolute masterpiece. Check it out if you have no idea who I’m talking about.

If she does another theatrical jazz fuses pop-rock record ala Harlequin this would be a great aesthetic for it
