Red was nominated that year and Random Access Memories was the winner, and the person announcing it really held on the R for a few a seconds so they briefly thought Red was winning. It's been memed to death and made fun of but honestly I think it's an understandable reaction, and the announcer knew what they were doing when they did it. I think I would've probably reacted the same way if I thought they were about to say my album. 

They of course all stood up to congratulate Daft Punk as soon as it was announced though.

This, ladies, gentleman and anyone in between or beyond, is what will happen after Trump falls too ill for his responsibilities as president, maybe even after his death. They will fake pictures, fake appearances, fake interviews. He will be healthier than ever while being a vegetable (or already being eaten by worms). I'm not convinced. 
In this case, they need to avoid a special election which could risk the already slim senate majority on any key votes between Nov & January. 

In Trump's case, they have complete control of the WH whether he lives or dies mid-term.

If the image is indeed fake, then I've actually seen people theorize that they are testing how far they can go with Trump being "alive" if he ever died. We should be careful that this could be a "test" for this in the future.
