He's a meth addict, right? That's never the signifier of a particularly happy or successful person.

Anyway, the Internet thrives on and allows people to make an income from folk who are grotesque or outlandish figures, so I don't think much more than that.

If he doesn't have a boundary between his online persona and his private life (which it seems he doesn't) then I can imagine he's a bit of a troubled and unhappy person.
