But it’s got to be in some kind of enclosure if she “owns” it.

Many animals in the wild have trackers put on them at some point for study of their movements and also to keep them save from poachers etc and you are able to "adopt them"

I don't want to be mean but I always ends up being mean.. but it feels like she's lying about the whole "record labels are going crazy and want to sign me up for a deal".. like when someone exaggerates their CV and a customer service representative becomes head of customer service

There are a lot of fundraising things like “adopt a star” or “adopt a tiger”’where you give money and they send you a certificate with the name of your star or a picture of your tiger. It doesn’t mean they actually physically own them, or enclose them.
