It wasn’t only Westfield, it was almost every single performance from late 2018 to the start of the Chromatica Ball. Hard times. The national anthem at the Biden inauguration, OH MY GOD. She managed to sing pretty well at the Oscars when she did Shallow, in comparison to the vocals we were used to from Enigma. Still, it’s the most famous performance of her career and yet it’s one of her worst renditions of the song, ever (excluding Enigma). But I think the GP didn’t even notice. We did cause we had been hearing her vocals for 10 years, but I guess she was still doing pretty great. She’s doing a million times better now. That said, I feel that she’s only starting to recover from her anxiety when it comes to performing live on TV. Most of the time, I can just tell she’s fully nervous a way she wasn’t before Joanne.
