The way I couldn't disagree more  MAYHEM works so much better as an amalgamation of a ton of different sounds than if it had just been an indsutrial/electro/grunge album. 

Also, Vanish Into You was the first song she wrote for the album, and is one of Gaga's best songs, period. Imagine not having that gem in her discography. Also, I know it's an unpopular opinion, but I vastly prefer the funk/disco tracks on the record. Even the ones that aren't funk/disco, but also aren't like PC (e.g., Abra, GOE, HBDUWM, LoveDrug etc.), are all better than PC

Probably HoG. I'm all for her working on her acting career, and I think HoG was a good film on paper, but everything about that era was a mess. The movie itself was bad, the press tour wasn't great, and it was an overall disappinting next step after ASIB.

At least her acting was better in Joker 2. It also gave us Harlequin, which is one of her best albums.

Sold us chromatica signed CD’s with just an L or line on them. I get she wasn’t in the best place mentally but people paid hard earned money for a line, I know it’s a line she drew but at least an LG would be better than a line

Honestly not much. Imma 'you had to be all those versions of yourself (past, current, future) and every version matters' kinda girlie.

I do wish she would publicly disown joe already, for her sake. And that's deeply parasocial of me, we don't what their relationship is, but I just feel bad for her, not knowing when he would embarrasse himself next.

No disrespect, but totally disagree when it comes to the film itself. I wasn't huge on HoG the first time I saw it, but I love it more every time I rewatch. It's the only film she's done so far where I believed her acting enough to temporarily forget she was Gaga. I wish the film had performed better, but I'll probably keep coming back to it every couple years for a rewatch until I die.

I wish she didn’t favor the LA and NYC super fans who stalked her every move during the ARTPOP era. Those that kept meeting her and literally hanging out with her at Record Plant in LA who painted the ARTPOP mural.
 

Speaking from experience in the LA fandom, they were the exact opposite of what she preached. Straight up c*nts, bullies, and held an unhealthy parasocial relationship with her. They wouldn’t allow other fans near her if we were to wait for her at the Chateau Marmont or any events in LA.

 

For some time it made me think she was like them because of how it seemed to be an ongoing problem. 

 

Looking back now with what we know, she wasn’t in the best place during that time.

Stopped cribbing Madonna. Like ns she was absolutely doing it but it had a different energy that was specific and I loved it. Like if Madonna is cold and poised and precise. Gaga was like if you made it pop derangement with piss yellow wigs and machine gun boobs. Just crazy.

Love Madge but let her be pressed if she wants and Ga should have kept on keeping on doing it. Only thing I’ll say is she should have owned playing in Madonna’s career closet as much as she did bc we’re not blind  but all the same, don’t let her scare you, chica. KEEP ON KEEPING ON.

It's easily her worst film for me. At least Joker had good performances, and I think the premise of the film is interesting, even if the execution was poor. I think her acting in Gucci is the worst among her filmography, and I couldn't get past the accent for the life of me. The editing was also atrocious imo.

I could appreciate the film or her acting more if it leaned campier. Her and Leto seemed like they were in a different movie compared to everyone else.

Yes and where there was that guy who performed as a statue painted silver who was apparently found dead later. He had the same name as a spirit Gaga believed was following her or something. Honestly as much as I like ARTPOP everything outside the album and visuals was humiliating
