I totally agree with you, the ubisoft open worlds are the worst, it's basically just the same thing over and over, even same animation, at some point, you just don't care anymore.

I didn't play witcher 3 and others because they are too long for me..

I mean, if you guys are real gamers, I don't know what's so surprising, haha. Nintendo priced Donkey Kong Bananza at $70 and $90 with the DLC. And even though it might be a good game, it doesn't even come close to a game with as much development as GTA 6. The development cost was between $1 billion and $3 billion, and you're complaining about $100, seriously? 😐

also its just been announced parts of the “open world” map in the new game are exclusive to the Ultimate Edition.

Btw, one of the thing that hype me a lot but we don’t think about it immediately... It’s the customisation of Lucia. She is so gorgeous, I hope there are different hairstyle for her. 

As a kid (yeah at college I already started to play to GTA bc it was so popular lol) I always wanted to play a female main character in the game. There are a lot of female players who likes to play women in video games. It’s cool to play guys but since that’s what I wanted as a little girl. There were already non-playable baddass women in GTA like Paige, Karen, Elizabeta Torres or even Catalina. 

And Lucia and Jason look so good imo.

Probably because some things are exclusive to various versions, not add-ons actual parts of the game, they’ve just announced that parts of the actual Open World map are exclusive to the Ultimate Edition for example. Also they’ve taken away a physical disc media that means they can stop your access to the game if they wanted to.

People also have such weird expectations for this game too, they’re blindly unaware that the gameplay itself is probably no different than GTA5. Because a mechanic overhaul hasn’t even been hinted at. It’s mostly just to do with graphics and the world.

For people’s knowledge if you’re purchasing all the info I could find online;

* The game will cost $80 for the standard, there’s no physical disc and you’re essentially playing off a licence.

* Some stores and areas of the map are locked to the Ultimate Edition, including various salons, garages and homes.

* The game is a single-player experience, with a subscription (on top of the PlayStation online fee) to a GTA online server expected to be announced down the line.

* Modding will not be allowed

* In order to ply the game at it’s “fullest” potential without barriers or restrictions on customisation and locations you need the Ultimate version.

From my understanding might not be for some time. The physical release they do is just the one they mentioned, it will come with codes than a disc.
