I adore both artists so it would be nice if this led to a fanbase ceasefire eventually. Especially since they both made peace. Most things are derivative in some manner, usually out of respect.

All of this Confessions II hype has made me go back to listening to Madonna’s albums again and yeah she does have a voice that bores me after a while. Even her classic albums make me feel like that so now the new ones are even worse, too much auto tune too. She has a very nasal voice idk.

I didn't hear it until now, but you can find thousands of songs to compare each other like that lmao, it's interesting though, Lovedrug is one of my least favorite tracks off mayhem, but I love Danceteria so far.
