What if Gaga spent a season outside the U.S.?

So a few pop divas had spent a couple seasons living outside the U.S. for many reasons and the results vary a lot, what do you think could happen if Gaga did it? 

How possible is that to happen? Where would she go? How long would she be out? Do you think that would influence her music and her career positively?
