The Dead Dance What confuses people is because Disease was the lead, but DWAS ended up on the album, so it ends up counting as one of its singles. The Dead Dance would probably be marketed as the “lead” of the deluxe edition, but I guess they gave up on the deluxe idea. that's not what the wikepedia says though. Die With A Smile was a single but it was never a single FOR mayhem even though it was later added on the album, it was not promoted or re-released. sashay gaga-y!!
