I'm not into football but because Scotland has qualified for the first time in 28 years, I figure I may as well show willing. I ended up watching the entire match against Haiti on Sunday (from 2-4am local time!) and it was thrilling to watch them win. We scored within 28 minutes after waiting 28 years to come back to the tournament and we were put into a group with Morocco and Brazil just like we did back when we last qualified, which is so spooky. Also, we've failed to get past the first round of the World Cup 8 times, which is the world record. So, already, we're on our way to bettering that. The world loves an underdog and God loves a trier!
