I would imagine he and everyone else involved were quite drunk, so yes I do think it is not only plausible but likely that he didn't know about it until seeing the photo after the fact. There's also the element to this that some people seem to be ignoring: Heated Rivalry fans are absolutely flamingly angry that Hudson and Connor are not dating and that it appears there is/was some sort of fling between Connor and Francois and they have been harassing Hudson and Francois both for months. There has been an orchestrated online hate campaign against Hudson since the show came out, and this is just another entry into it. I think anyone with a functioning brain cell wouldn't get upset over this, or that Taylor Swift photo, or any other photos taken of celebrities when they were in high school or college doing stupid ****. I'm sure every single one us here has evidence of us doing something that we wouldn't stand by today, and it's useless to get mad over because that's kinda just what teenagers do because they think it's cool and aren't smart enough and haven't learned enough to realize it's just kinda dumb and cringe. If anyone is outraged by anything like this then yes I do think they're a gigantic idiot with too much time on their hands.
