And I honestly think people exaggerate how “bad” that part is. The sample vocal hook is really catchy and I honestly think hearing the live big band rendition she did in Vegas showcases how good the melody is for that hook (1:38). If anything, I think bridge might actually be the weakest link.

This is much better than the official studio version, but it also showcases how much the lack of a chours ruins the song. It makes it look like she forgot the lyrics and only remembera "I want your stupid love uh.. love.. yea... Loveuaua"  which as much as you **** on sour candy it couldn't happen and it would be kinda iconic for her to do in a jazzy way haha
