Not to mention, ofc, Israel’s actions in Iran. I seriously can’t believe people would be irresponsible enough to invoke “antisemitism” as a defense for the actions of a rogue state in 2026 lol. That line of reasoning has always been faulty, but it’s laid bare by the fact that Israel has become one of the biggest perpetrators of libel against the global Jewish diaspora by, in effect, claiming that any critique of the actions of Israel (no matter how unjust) is antisemitic, implicitly stating that it’s actions are a reflection of the global Jewish diaspora, which is not only demonstrably false, but also emboldens legitimate antisemites to justify violence against Jews by tying them to war crimes they didn’t commit. Really dark and cynical stuff.

Anyway, that’s a long way of saying if you accept the premise that legitimate critique of Israel is “antisemitism,” you’re actually the one participating in antisemitism by effective disseminating propaganda that seeks to implicate every Jew in the war crimes of the Israel.
