She may have addressed it, but she was clearly still haunted by it (“my biggest enemy is Lady Gaga,” her talking about hating being mobbed by paps and pawed at by fans etc.). Ok so it is more so an ongoing inner thing/struggle for her and she is assessing and relaying her inner thoughts for us in the song instead of just addressing the external critics and them but also herself.
