BBC has an educational duty as part of its raison d’etre, this is exactly what they’re doing. Some people aren’t seeing this every day on TikTok, they need to be shown the dangers.

The BBC is ran by the government and the government is funded by tax payer money so regardless of whether you pay for a tv licence or not. Your money is being used. The tv licence is only a thing because of the bbc not running adverts, and because they’re supposed to listen to feedback on how their programming is ran.

Yes they do, but they also do not need to literally use the tool they’re debating in the program. They’re showing clear bias. They could’ve easily shown a clip of something made with AI already online but no — they decided to literally waste water and resources to make (bad and inaccurate) clips of historical figures.

And as well the panel is made up of only people who are for AI. They didn’t have other parties on the panel besides Labour and Conservative like the Greens or Lib Dem who do not agree with AI.

You don't need to create new content like this though, plenty of examples exist. 

And QT isn't an educational show from the BBC - it's a debate show. Education on the dangers of AI would be panorama.
