the “For Vince” CD is dated April 25, 2011 — This CD captures the album in an intermediate state, before the final tracklist was locked.

That’s so weird, so Hair was finished a couple days later when it was released as a promo single. I’m also glad she ended up including The Queen.  That’s probably not a final version that she submits, more like “here’s what the core of the album is like almost finished while we tweak the last couple songs”.

Maybe Hair wasn't going to be on the standard and after seeing it get good reception to a degree they agreed to add it to the standard

Kind of crazy to think that there wasn't even a finalized tracklist yet and the album was slated to be released in less than a month!

It looks like it was because there’s a disc 2 for this EQ master that has the track list of the final full special edition album with Hair HU and BK added onto it (plus SOFY as a hidden bonus track after TEOG). So original those were the deluxe album tracks.
