Honestly, seeing how many people see no problem with AI art has made me understand on a whole new level that there are just a lot of people who just... can't appreciate art for what it is, they just want something that looks or sounds "nice". gagacabana 7,432
No shade but if y'all miss old Gaga so much then go listen to it? Expecting anyone, especially Gaga, to stick to a single style is not only reductive as it is a fundamental misunderstanding of what it takes to be an artist. I don't believe in the glorification of murder, I do believe in the empowerment of women
Angel Wings 33
I don’t dislike and vocals, but I have some ideas what should be done if she would release a rock genre album, her middle range is the way to go with lower registers and vocal techniques showing up wisely, if she would release a pop album, DWUW is the way to go. Head voice and middle register transition should be done with less predictable melodies
Linus Gaga 8,499
I miss her sweet relax voice like verse of Electric Chapel, heavy metal lover. Don't like she over belt and growl, even it is so cool. Like till it happens to you demo > final, I wanna be with you > Dope. I also prefer The Beast and Vanish into you live vocal > album. But I love Folie a Deux so much cuz it balanced the soft and strong. more on insta @linus9nuts

Red 99,108
I think every time she goes for a headset mic (like in Mayhem Requiem or TCB Film) she sounds nasal af and it kinda annoys me If you see me posting like crazy, I'm either bored or procrastinating.
thatfoxyfeeling 13,401
Just goes to show how incredibly talented and versatile Gaga is when there's a thread dedicated to her vocals. Edited May 23 by thatfoxyfeeling

What I don't love all the time is when she belts near the top of her range. A lot of the time it feels like she's spreading her voice thin (for lack of technical terms). And I always get a little anxious to see if she's able to pull it off live oh i love her growls. when i first heard replay on release night i jumped out of the chair. and about that other thing you said, she did a lot of that in mayhem too and it surprised me when in the last shows i heard how in kfl she was able to pull it off amazingly compared to when she started the tour. talk is cheap but costs a lot

It was like a half formed transatlantic accent that didn't know where to put emphasis. The gays know how to party

She still kind of does it sometimes like in the first verse of Abra especially in some live versions "circuuuooohhls" "claaaauuuuooods"

Before Requiem I was glad she left it in Brazil or wherever she left it in a hotel on the promo tour.
