Well Gaga's Cigarette was fake (it was blurred/removed in some material) and there's a difference between using it in a video or putting the focus on it with a caption.

Smoking does look cool but I don’t like walking behind smokers because I’d be coughing and coughing all the way.

Vapers are weak. 
I used to smoke cuz it was the only way to get a break in my hospitality job. And I suffered while drawing out that *** for as long as humanely possible. None of this blue raspberry bs
