To me it sounds like tape being switched from one track to another in a tape deck, which matches the change to the more sparse and paired back production on the second chorus and the themes of the song. I think of it as 'changing channels' in your mind from the incessant chanting of negative voices in your head to a more hopeful outlook. Idk, just my take on it.

you can hear it in her headphones and I wish they kept it in the song

I've only ever found one person online who has the actual vocal of it

It always annoyed me in Bloody Mary how the 2nd repeats of "hands hands hands" she pauses to take catch her breath unlike the first batch of "hands hands hands". Yes she's human and needs to breathe, but I'm surprised they didn't copy/paste the first batch to repeat like she often does

Not gonna lie I like it ; I understand why it could be frustrating but to me it makes it sound more real and intense if that makes sense

What's always worried on the other hand is in the very same section in Judas, when she says “bring him down, down” after the second verse it's slightly off pitch lmao

Actually I think I was wrong about the vocal from Bad Romance ; you hear it in the multitracks but it's still un-used, you hear it from her headpiece when she's recording other vocals

I have no idea what that Poker Face take is though

Also in Bad Romance, I can't unhear the fact that when she does “roma roma-ma”, RedOne says “mama, mamama” in the background
