I loved the teal statement to bits back then and still do but don't make me chooseeee. I actually like Fun Tonight's lyrics because of their total honesty re: where your mind can actually go - it's heartbreaking if you've ever felt those depths yourself . It's definitely not about just feeling inadequate like I've seen some people say over the years, it's about wanting to umm, actually say goodbye to yourself and how you reconcile that with your innate survival instinct but then Bloodpop's production, ESPECIALLY that dance break, accidentally made it the most sarcastic song ever. 

I'II go for the teal, but by a hair   Well, more than one tbh. I loved that whole mini era - remember Kevin the goat? She (Gaga, not the goat!) still had teal streaks in her hair if I remember correctly, so it still counts as the closing act. I loved her teal expression of total freedom at that award show - HER MIND (and sexiness can't deny yup yup). 

This woman is a GEM.
