Agreed but my point has nothing to do with commenting on whether its fair or not (and koodos to him for securing a good deal for his people which deserves its own credit). What ur describing is a very typical structure anyway between levels of government (same here in Canada). A comment responded to a question of how he did it by mentioning tax hikes on the rich and finding savings and completely ignored that at least 1/3 of the budget fix came from budget reallocation from a different level of government not net new revenue or savings so leaving that out almost feels intentional to praise him higher. They're less likely to go fully against her - she's always been part of the party etc. Bernie deliberately made himself an outsider. So it was easier to throw the internal machinery against him.
