The official said that the passport “will be the default passport out of the Washington Passport Agency when available” for those who renew their passports in person at that location. Likely the same for passports, they'll be seen as defaced and therefore invalid. I've never seen such a pathetic man the amount of validation he needs to soothe that fragile ego of his.
