Please, don’t forget that, yes, during all those years she experimented in different ways with fillers but she was also on very strong medications for her mental health/body. She talked about it. I even had to take one of the medications she used to take and these pills make you gain so much wait and look bloated, especially in the face. I couldn’t recognize myself for years, I looked like a squirrel hiding nuts in her cheeks. After I stopped, it took a while for my face to go back to normal.

So yeah, that + the fillers must’ve changed her face a lot for a while.

She looks healthy! But also Sarah and Frederic are slaying in terms of make up and hair this past 2 years (except for some wig misses). And that helps a lot. Satah really has found a way to sculpt Gagas face in a way that makes her look so much younger than 40, but still mature and sexy. Also the bleached brows work for me!
