Aside from a few artists who produce original work, mainstream music is stuck in a rut, endlessly repeating well-worn clichés. AI is just another step in that direction. Standardization and profit. AI songs require someone to sing the song first to replace the voice with hers and she has a distinctive voice and loses all the grit and emotion and sometimes her accent. The fact people on this site will say Runway is bad but praise something like THIS as good? This is horrid and so is AI in general. I have never heard an AI-generated Gaga track that I actually like until this. I think it feels very Gaga and not generic. I heard this earlier too and ngl I was shook bc it sounded real... I've heard many A.I recreated songs using Gaga's voice and they've mostly been a dud but this right here is insane. There are certain inflictions in Gaga's voice you couldn't replicate before but it's crazy how fast A.I has improved. Especially at 0:53 when she says "while I die" and the vocal riff on the word "die" itself. It genuinely sounds like an actual demo which is scary. But I also have to admit, when I was young, this is exactly what I would dream the future would bring: being able to hear any song with Gaga's voice on it. While there is a serious difference in creativity, it's not really that different from how things work with a human. Plus it's missing her passion and emotions, and it's not an interesting song imo.
