This is so sad cause this is a bop, it's like AI has mastered pop music and figured out what makes a song pleasant to hear and what lyrics are meaningful yet catchy enough.

You can hear it's AI because it's quite typical, but if this turned out to be a leaked demo of an actual Gaga song you just know we would all eat this up.

I predict we’re not gonna need music producers anymore. I mean if AI can make a song that good then why put money down on producers? AI is just gonna get better and better and eventually replace the need tbh and that is sad and scary

Yeah but it all comes down to maximizing profit. When we reach the point where AI can learn and adapt then why pay millions for music producers?

Because then the music would lack any soul or authenticity. Everything that differentiates good music from cash-grab slop. But ye I can see some sellouts using it. Also it would put producers and studios out of work, just like it has for visual artists.

I don't think that's right actually - the account seems to create a lot of solely AI content. I don't believe they're producing the music; I think it is all AI. And if it is, it's kind of insane. A couple of years ago, we would've fully believed it was a demo and demanded the release of the song (because it's very good).

not at all, there will always be enough musicians who actually appreciate human made art

some greedy labels may take advantage to save money but there's more to music than record labels
