I think it's special because Gaga had been making very elaborate videos at that time, and even though this one wasn't as elaborate, it still looked artistic and unique, and she looked more beautiful and youthful. Abra is the complete opposite. Gaga had been making basic videos, and with this one, it was like going back to the old Gaga, which makes it feel fresh and unique in a very basic pop era. I love both for what they meant at the time, but I'll vote for Abra because it gives off that nostalgic effect of the old Gaga. And I hate that… to me MV are supposed to give you the illusion that is not filmed in a soundstage/set… I wish they would’ve blend the sets more with cgi or green screens like ROM, but then again Robert really knows about filmmaking as where Paris is more of a creative director and IV are more into photography… Hottie Detector Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
