This is all going to hinge on the existence of the claimed photos. If Ruby can't provide them, can this just not go anywhere? I just want to know how the police can investigate this. Its always confused me how historic cases work when there is no solid evidence (photo/video proof, recorded confession). I don't know how anyone proves that it happened last week, never mind 16 years ago. Whatever happens, this is monumental. Women just don't get reported for this kinda thing (maybe accused but the police don't get involved) and I imagine Katy doesn't know what hit her right now. I'm just realising now that you could make a movie out of this woman's life, its been quite the rollercoaster.

Yes there are several of these on youtube.  I've watched a few.  I'll probably watch this one tonight.
