Yeah, I think she has a good shot at a top 10 single and the album will be a #1 for sure just off fandom alone. Don’t think it’ll be a long stayer though.

I can actually see her doing well because of her age. The GP are starting to be more respectful of ageism and I can see radios pushing it.

She’s an older woman doing a likely sexually liberated dance album that leans into 00s nostalgia.

With streaming and tiktok effects, anything can happen now. I mean the youth did start listening more to madonna when La isla bonita and Hung up went viral again

I really need her to do a Believe or Hung Up and SMASH! I would LOVE a madonna ressurection. Graham Norton, Glastonbury, Coachella…. I want to see the greatest ressurection since Jesus!!

I think people are hungry for a Confessions sequel, it's arguably the last Madonna album that connected with GP. So potential is def there.

Song just has to be good!

She can probably get a hit in Europe!

I wish the United States wasn’t into garbage music. When Padam Padam was unable to chart here, I gave up on hoping for mature acts to be able to achieve success on the Hot 100.

Also ABBA’s first album in 40 years being blocked from #1 by a random rapper was pretty sh*tyy

The US just has horrible taste 🤷🏻‍♀️

I know there are rumors about a Sabrina Carpenter collab but I hope she saves that for a 2nd single. I really hope the lead is solo because btch deserves to get all the attention and a proper comeback. Medellín, Give Me All Your Luvin’ and 4 Minutes have all been duets and not a fan of them.

Still not over Hung Up peaking at 4 on the Hot100.

It peaked at #7.

I really just want the album to be good. I don’t think anyone should underestimate Madonna. She’s been discarded several times throughout her career and has managed to claw her way back with hit songs. She’s already accomplished so much. Not many artists can have a top ten song 30 years into their career (Give Me All Ur Luvin’). I’m glad she’s back with Warners because those albums under the Live Nation/Interscope deal were underwhelming. Hopefully Warners isgetting her back to basics and putting her with the right people. We shall see.

I don’t think she’s going to get like a number one song off of it but I do think this will be her most successful era since MDNA. Warner has worked really hard to increase her online presence and it has had a noticeable effect. Songs of hers are regularly getting viral videos on TikTok and her streaming numbers have very visibly improved.

Tbh she's at a level where she doesn't need a "hit". I really love that she can experiment a lot more and do what she wants.

One day Gaga will be free from Interscope's chains and she can serve more experimental/alternative vibes that don't have to pass the Top 40 vibe check.

Anything is possible obviously but who cares? The important thing is that it's a good album. You gotta stop expecting massive success on Billboard Hot 100 at Madonna's age.

Am I the only one getting tired of stans thinking first commercial success before even thinking about the music itself ? :enigma:

And I'm also saying this for Lady Gaga releases. Most of them are ruined by stans saying no to anything that is not matching their charts expectations.

Omg I feel the same way. Can we just enjoy the music without seeing numbers.
