Ruby Rose said her head was on her best friend’s lap when the assault took place. I do question why the friend didn’t intervene and if the friend can chime in now. 

Katy has always been messy and pervy but let’s be real, these new claims are very extreme and disgusting to another level. I don’t think it’s smart to just believe it without any proof. So, Ruby claims there are photos of this incident so she should release them because Katy’s team sounds very confident. This is just going to become a he said she situation where the public will just choose sides and speculate.

Of course her team wouldn't say anything else. But Katy must be freaking out behind the scenes right now whether she did it or not. But I have a strong suspicion this will just go away and Ruby will be silenced behind closed doors. If it's true, the statue of limitations passed a long time ago and in these cases, it's basically impossible to get a case to court, much less get justice. If Ruby does have evidence, however, that changes everything. But if she doesn't after claiming she does, she's over. Either way, there's no going back now.

The opposite. Basically, Katy's team wouldn't make such a big deal of denying it if they thought there was even the slightest chance that evidence existed. It suggests the claim is so outrageously false (for example, let's say Katy was never even at a party with Ruby) that they can go above and beyond to claim her innocence. That's why I'm waiting to see what unfolds from here on out because it's very much one person's word against another's for now.

It definitely could mean that, but it could also mean that Katy is confident that she has more money to spend on legal fees should this escalate.

I also really really do not like Katy but come on now. Ruby Rose has a looooong history of lying for attention. Long. There’s no way this happened.
