elijahfan 27,339
At the end of the day, it's not rocket science... Music is subjective to each and every one of us, and you either like a song or you don't. Getting into the history and sociology of music won't change people's gut-reactions. Good for you if you enjoy the song, and if some people not enjoying it is spoiling your fun, then it sounds like a you problem. Togekiss 2,913
It’s just so much fun! I actually hated the “beeeeeetch” part at first but now it’s kinda my favorite Fairground Stripper with the Lot Lizard Face

Ultimecia 6,555
One can dislike a song without being bitchy about it. Disliking a song doesn't make anyone a "fake fan" that's stuck in the past either. Time. It will not wait, no matter how hard you hold on...
SleepingSun 980
Disliking a song and being bitchy about it is more my style. F*ck Runway One second I'm a troll, then suddenly the troll is me. 5 2

MountainMonster 2,213
People deserve a jazz album, jazz residency, movie filming and new Haus Labs eyeshadow for how they’re acting about this.

TheMontebello 1,007
I love it and it matches the vibe of the movie perfectly. It's fun! I don't think people who don't like it are stuck in whatever year though. Some people are just not into it. I'm glad I am. The stuck part is weird saying she can't release songs like Bad Romance because 1. Bad Romance doesn't sound dated 2. Mayhem has Gaga's more "typical" sound and it's not stuck in 2010. Madame Goo Goo 4,122
No way the youngest of Gen Z is only now turning 14 and the oldest are turning 30. I thought Gen Z ended in 2010. This is why it’s so annoying being older Gen Z lol Edited April 11 by Madame Goo Goo Lady Gaga doesn't owe us anything 1
PornoDanceFight 1,844
I really don’t understand this fanbase. I swear, besides Star Wars fans, idk any other fanbase that tears down the thing they love because the expectations in their head didn’t match reality. I really don’t care about Gaga’s commercial success (she’ll always be successful regardless) but like…what is it? “The breaks between albums are too long.” *drops two new singles while on tour* “I don’t like this sound that she’s exploring on this record.” *drops a cute 2020s house-pop banger for a movie soundtrack she’s curating* “Why is she not slaying the charts mama?” *refuses to engage in, support, or even passively listen to her artistic output* I’m sure if she put out a ballad, fans would hate it too. If she put out another “classic” Gaga banger, I’m sure people would say it’s not better than Mayhem, or that it’s “not Gaga” enough…no shade, but then why are y’all here if you don’t wanna support her and geek out? 6
faysalaaa 5,295
Im not complaining because its a none album song thats not a single. But with The Dead Dance, I was complaining because she released it as a single as part of Mayham when we could have gotten a better single.
