tbh it doesnt deserve the hate it gets. gaga sometimes cuts performances that exhaust her on tours and switches the setlist. I remember she stopped performing MJH during the artrave for some time and then brought it back, she also shortened songs and added others. she didnt stop performing it because it “flopped”, even if it didnt top the charts or got the most streams, the general public knows the song because of wednesday. most non fans that went to see the show would post on instagram using this song a none of the others on mayhem

She must have seen the Mayhem ranking poll on GGD and saw that her fans dislike it more than almost all the songs on the album. 

TDD is an okay song with a cute video. My dislike for the TDD situation comes on behalf of Vanish Into You, Zombieboy, Garden of Eden, and the other superior songs that we didn’t get videos for. 
 

Edit: I think people who say TDD’s hate is “overblown” aren’t looking at it in the frame of Mayhem, where many would say it’s a very weak track. But that’s because Mayhem is a supreme album. TDD is cute overall, but crappy compared to Mayhem. It would not be the worst song on ARTPOP  🤷🏻‍♀️

I literally don’t care about charts at all, most if the stuff I listen to is independent producers anyways. The song performed badly in the charts, and that’s a fact so what’s your point
